The KIM programmeis developed for professional groups at various levels of an organisation. The KIMR model provides participants with a system-level perspective on strategic development and a common understanding of working methods. The duration of the programme varies. The ideal situation is at least two introductory seminar days with several follow-up sessions. |
KIM Mentor Programme is business and leadership development with support from mentors. KIM Executive Seminar is a half-day seminar to evaluate the potential of the KIM model in your own organisation or to explore your own interest in KIM consultant education. KIM Consultant Training results in a KIM certification, which is required to lead KIM activities. The training takes approximately one year and consists of eight group seminars, literature, co-leadership and written reflection on the theory and practice of consulting as well as a critical evaluation of the KIM model. It provides professional development for experienced organisational consultants. What the programmes have in commonis their system-level and overall perspective, the flexible methodology, the model, the size of the group and the student-teacher ratio. It can be combined with other development activities. |
