KIM Mentor Programme is business and leadership development with support from mentors. KIM Executive Seminar is a half-day seminar to evaluate the potential of the KIM model in your own organisation or to explore your own interest in KIM consultant education. KIM Consultant Training results in a KIM certification, which is required to lead KIM activities. The training takes approximately one year and consists of eight group seminars, literature, co-leadership and written reflection on the theory and practice of consulting as well as a critical evaluation of the KIM model. It provides professional development for experienced organisational consultants.
